Our initial financial plan that outlines the estimated cost of the proposed project at any given stage in design. We will analyze historical project data to create a customized budget proposal and improve project value through high-level comparisons.

Design Assist

In a design-assist project, our aim is to enhance project performance by streamlining the schedule, improving design, reducing costs, and ensuring job site safety. Our commitments include regular meetings with the design team and coordination with all project stakeholders. We focus on budget and schedule management, prefabrication measures, and collaboration with all trades.

Estimodeling

Estimodeling in structural steel provides accurate cost estimates and detailed models for project planning and budgeting. Our estimators use Tekla Structures to create 3D models, ensuring accuracy, identifying risks, building confidence, and improving efficiency.

Commitment

During Preconstruction through the start of the project, we will carefully plan the project objective, mitigate risks, and control costs. Our commitment includes the Project Manager and Project Estimator meeting with the preconstruction team. We will focus on budget and schedule management, site safety, and coordination with all trades using pull planning and BIM.
