Town Center Drive

Completed in 2017, Town Center Drive is a state-of-the-art office building owned by Alexandria Real Estate Equities. Constructed by DPR, the project utilized 1,400 tons of steel. Both the architectural design and engineering were handled by LPA, Inc. This office facility represents a significant addition to the area, offering modern workspaces designed to meet contemporary business needs and enhance productivity.
