Sky Harbor T3 PRS-Processor

Completed in 2015, the renovation of the Sky Harbor Terminal 3 PRS-Processor was a complex project undertaken to modernize and enhance one of the key transportation terminals at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The project was led by Hunt Austin JV as the general contractor, utilizing 1,301 tons of steel in the extensive overhaul. Owned by the City of Phoenix Aviation Department, the renovation was architecturally designed by DWL with engineering provided by Smith Group. This challenging renovation significantly improved the terminal’s functionality and passenger processing capabilities, aligning with modern aviation standards and enhancing the overall traveler experience.
