Salt River Project Phase 4

Completed in 2019, SRP Phase 4 is a four-level office building expansion for the Salt River Project (SRP). Managed by general contractor Mortenson, the project utilized 404 tons of steel to integrate framing with the existing structure. The architectural design was provided by Corgan, with engineering by Arizona Pinnacle Engineering, LLC. This expansion enhances SRP's operational capacity by providing additional modern office spaces, supporting the organization's growth and efficiency.
