Scottsdale Fashion Square-Pad F

Completed in 2019, Pad F is a four-level retail building designed to enhance the commercial space within the Macerich-owned complex at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. Managed by general contractor Bayley, the project utilized 337 tons of steel for its framing. The architectural design was provided by Nelsen Partners, with engineering by TSA-The Structural Alliance. This new retail structure adds significant value to the complex, offering a modern and spacious shopping environment for tenants and visitors alike.
