Scottsdale Fashion Square-Pad D Farmhouse

Completed in 2019, Pad D Farmhouse is a two-level retail building constructed to enhance the commercial offerings of the Macerich-owned complex at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. Managed by general contractor Bayley, the project utilized 91 tons of steel for its framing. The architectural design was provided by Nelsen Partners, with engineering by TSA-The Structural Alliance. This new retail space adds value to the complex, providing modern amenities and an attractive shopping environment for visitors.
