Block 23

Completed in 2017, Block 23 is a large multi-use structure located in downtown Phoenix, featuring office spaces. Constructed by Whiting-Turner using 84 tons of steel, the building includes nine stair towers to support its diverse functionality. Owned by SLR & Red Jr, the project was architecturally designed by Omniplan and engineered by PK Associates. Block 23 significantly contributes to the urban landscape, offering modern facilities to meet various commercial and business needs.
